They are already a user on the site, I just want to give them course access.
How do I add a new user from the back end. I see this page, but I don't see what I need to click on. Joomla 4.
njahionline Hi, You can pick the first option "Add an order to someone who doesn't exist on the user database". You'll be able to create a new joomla user with username + password, then assign courses to user that you've created. Kindly try.
I have created a student I then click on the dropdown to select the course, but NOTHING IS LISTED as an option
This student I had 'purchase a class', so for this student I can see the course listed, the one that the student purchased.
To recap, my issue is if I want to link a student to a specific course, I am not able to do so.
Please assist.

njahionline Hi, To assign a student to a course, you need to create an order for him. Just go back to order view >> add new >> Add an order to an existing student Fill the student username then you'll see the course list to assign.
