Hi @manhta thanks for looking into this as this has become frustrating and a bit of a struggle..
Although, its quite strange that anywhere else on our website we can upload both images and videos; except for Guru.
Firstly, just to be clear and remove the first issue:
We have manually inputted the missing teachers about a month ago.
Its, #2, regarding adding the missing images & videos, via uploading is very important within iGuru.
As we are not even able to upload any images onto any of the courses; which is a HUGE issue.
You mentioned,
"you found the error message "Call to undefined function tmpfile()."
Where did you even get this error, as I wasn't even locate this error anywher while running an image or video upload.
Anywho, I did check and our php.ini file does not have anything under disabled_functions that would have caused the issue.

disable_functions = pcntl_alarm,pcntl_fork,pcntl_waitpid,pcntl_wait,pcntl_wifex>
Its safe to know, that we are able to upload images to other components, such as Stackideas EasySocial and EasyDiscuss...
So I believe this issue is isolated to only iGuru pro.
Would you mind please helping us solve this issue, please?
As not only do we need to update the teacher images, but now more than ever we need to update the courses.
Which includes images and videos.
Your help is greatly appreciated and needed.
