GK Decor, show readmore true + no readmore in article = content displayed twice

I've updated my website to Joomla 4 and installed the last GK Decor template.

I noticed that if an article is called via the menu as "Single article" and the show readmore has value 1, AND the article itself has no read more inserted, the content is displayed twice.

I fixed it by adding a readmore at the start of the article.

Is there a solution for this problem?

Hi Marie-Anne,

You can go to that menu item >> Options tab and set Intro text to Hide:

In Joomla, if you don't set intro text + full text, it will consider whole text as intro text so it displays duplicated content on frontend.

Thank you. I think we have to solve the mix of articles with and without readmore's and configuration settings.
