Firstly, the homepage of your site is set to show a single article but that article did not exist so it caused issue, I assigned it to a random article and it's loading normally now.
And there was incorrect syntax in the file: /templates/ja_autoshop/tpls/blocks/mainbody.php
I updated for you and the product page / content page should be fine now.
