This seems to be the specific error message that comes up - the command seems to have a -crf flag which is not recognized. They might have to restructure the command in question in order for this message to not appear.

It's seem their ffmpeg does not support crf.
I will change the command a bit and find the working one. Could you ask them test this command again?
