Appears must update to 4.2.1 in control panel and is not possible

Hello,
On Joomla Panel it appears that I must update to 4.2.1 but when try to update shows:
"Failed extraction file: download.php_element_gk_storebox_version_4.2.1_type_template_coreVersion_j30"
I'm working with Joomla 4.3.2. and PHP 8

I have the template version 4.2 or v4.1 (I'm not sure, because appears different depends on I see)

You can't update via Joomla update channel.

You can take a full backup of your site, download latest version of this template and install directly into your site.
