This is from JA Content Listing Module called 'Hoofd Artikelen', and it due to the layout of this module in which the featured item on the left side has that big space. You can check the backend settings of this module.
About detailed article page, it will inherit the sub-layout of template in 'Layout settings', you're using 'sublayout Magz1' layout which doesn't load the footnav section as the main layout you use.
I just updated this sublayout and these positions are showing now, kindly check.
