How does the JomSocial Article Comments plugin work? Should this allow registered users or public to comment on any articles? I have the plug in enabled, but when an article is displayed I see no way for anyone to comment on it. is there a permissions setting somewhere that I'm not seeing? Am I missing additional extensions or plugins that are needed to enable this feature?

    Make sure that the category that article belongs to - is selected in category list of JomSocial Article Comments plugin settings:

    I just tried and the comment box displayed normally:
