After update t4 to 2.3.0, when saving custom scss tools have this error:
../../../plugins/system/t4/themes/base/vendors/bootstrap5/scss/variables-dark file not found for @import: ../../scss/vars.scss on line 4, at column 1 Call Stack: #0 import ../../scss/vars.scss (unknown file) on line 2`

All templates have this problem now, if downgrade t4 its ok!

Kindly share the URL + super admin account of your site in private reply, I will take a look.

its problem is all templates!
not for one website
you can check it - its easy
install joomla 4 + install a template + install t4 last version then edit custom scss and save, then ... .
