Error with registration from AdAgency

Hi there,

There's an error when you try to register from the AdAgency interface here: https://www.thefencepedia.com/my-advertising-profile?controller=adagencyAdvertisers&task=register

I get the attached errors.

I assume I need to redirect registration somehow. I am using MemershipPro. Please advise soonest how to fix this.

I tested this registration at my end with default Joomla and it worked properly.

Could you share the super admin + FTP account of your site so I can have a closer look and check for you?

Okay, I have had to restore my site. I don't know how to turn this off.

However, your registration system still does not work. I have sent you the error from the page. What else do you need to fault find? Tell me and I will get it for you.

I would assume that the screen shot of the errors from the page that I have already sent you is enough. If not, please advise what else you need. You can also go to that page to view the errors yourself, without logging into the backend of my site.

So far, in the two years I have had this component, it has never really worked. Not great advertising for you.

thatotherchick I can't replicate this issue from my end so need to check your site directly, however, both accounts you sent don't work.

Could you temporarily disable the AdminTools so I can access your site?

I tried that. Didn't work.

Here's a video of what it's doing to produce the errors already sent to you. It's very easy to replicate from the front end, and you will see the errors listed there, as you can see in the video.

I have paid for this component twice now, though, and it's never worked as advertised. Starting to think it might never work as advertised.

It looks like you're using PHP 8.1, however, AdAgency is not ready for this version yet, could you pls switch to PHP 8.0 for now and try again?
