JA Content Listing not working correctly with EasyBlog posts

thanks a lot for the new updated code and fix.
I just tested the solution on our reference site on which you worked and I can confirm that now all is looking fine.

Please give me some time to test the same code on another site on which we have just performed a migration of all Joomla articles to EasyBlog.

I am going to update you then with my final results.

I tested the updated code and module JA Content Listing on a different site with same setup - but I have to tell you that there are still issues.

With the latest code the situation is as follows:

1 - Thumbnail >> Post Cover Image
Manually created EasyBlog posts : o.k.
Migrated posts : o.k.

2 - Thumbnail >> Use first article image
Manually created EasyBlog posts : still Post Cover Image is being used instead of first article image
Migrated posts : still Post Cover Image is being used instead of first article image

Please note I have updated the site access with login to the other Joomla4 page so that you can check

We will check this but which option you will use? Post cover image or use first article image? If the post cover image works, please continue to use it to save time.

For sure we are currently using Post Cover image but we have other sites where we need to use first article image because there are no Post cover images assigned to the posts. We have migrated a page with more than 1000 Joomla articles to EasyBlog and cannot afford to spend time in manually open every post and associate a post cover image.

So both options have to work properly.

As stated in last update: with latest provided code post cover image is being used altough Thumbnail >> Use first article image is activated.

thanks a lot.....and congratulation to the dev team !

Now finally the issues on JA Content Listing Module for both Thumbnail >> Use first article image as well as Cover image for all migrated EasyBlog articles are finally solved.

I tested everything and I am happy now ;-)

The ticket can be closed now and I am looking forward to seeing an official JA Content Listing Module being released so that we can install it on all our sites.
