In order to recreate this issue, go to main menu, Chamber of Commerce >> Select Membership Package. There are four columns in this table, and each will open a data entry page based on that package. If you go to ANY of the page appears to not have a template assigned to it that I've created. It should be Default, but there is no main menu, only a logo centered in the page and so tiny as to not be readable. Image attached.
The compoonent is J-BusinessDirectory, and they claim the problem is in the template, and I can't get it to take any template assignment. I've never seen this before. Please look at it and see if it can be fixed. Or let me know why it can't be fixed. If it is the responsibility of CMSJunkie, please tell me why so I can go back to them to get this resolved. Thanks! I appreciate any help you can give me.
