Hi

I have a problem on a travel agency page in JaTour template with RSForm PRO component from another developer. I have been working with this component for a long time, also on your templates. But internal links to this component don't work on this template. Instead of the form, the link redirects to the home page.
I thought I had a problem with some plugins, etc., but the problem is not only my www.ossytravel.pl, but ... JaTour templates in general. I also checked it a moment ago on the latest version of JaTour downloaded from you, which I installed.

Evidence and examples:

  1. My travel agency website - link attached. Note that the link should not lead to the main page, but should display a specific rsform with id 5 (as it does in example 3 in JaVitality shown below).
    http://ossytravel.pl/index.php?option=com_rsform&view=rsform&formId=5

  2. Here is an example of a freshly installed JaTour (without any changes to the template) and installing the RS Form Pro component in it. Same error with form links again. Again, it does not redirect to the form, but to the home page.
    Proof: http://audyt-turystyczny.pl/index.php?option=com_rsform&view=rsform&formId=1

  3. And here is a clean installation of your other Ja Vitality template and after installing the RSForm component. On it, RS Form Pro links do not wander and display what they should, i.e. a specific page with the ID form, not the main page
    [http://mocarzerozwoju.pl/index.php?option=com_rsform&view=rsform&formId=1]

It's important to me that it works properly in JaTour, because I've already done a lot on this site ... and here's a new problem that I can't deal with. Please help.
I will mention that when I link the RSForm Pro form to the menu in JaTour it works. But I can't do that because each trip is a separate form that I create in the back office and then link internally.
Please take a look, because perhaps the problem is trivial, and I do not know where to look. I've checked if it's not a simple link settings issue - but it's not.

Here's an example when I add this form's link to an article through the editor and the editor changes it to a simple link:
http://ossytravel.pl/component/rsform/form/5:dolni-morava-sciezka-w-chmurach-i-sky-bridge?Itemid=176

To the article (at the very end under the buttons)
http://ossytravel.pl/wycieczki/wycieczki-na-litwe/32-litwa-grand-tour-9-dni

And the effect I get - no longer the home page - and a link without displaying the form. Meanwhile, the same operations on JaVitality work !

Hi Sylwia,

The problem is that this preview function in RSForm automatically shows the preview in the homepage your site.

But the homepage doesn't include the 'component' block so nothing displays there.

I also tried to change the default page of FR to use default layout but it keeps showing on homepage.

I think in this case, you can check the form directly in the page you use form on frontend instead of preview.

Hi,
Thanks for your answer, but I admit I don't understand it very well.
After all, both on the JaVitality website (which I gave as an example) and the JaTour website (on the main page, it is possible to publish elements from components. Otherwise, articles from the blog, for example, would not be displayed...
Did you mean something else?

Tell me please, what's not in the JaTour template's main page code from what the JaVitality template code contains, because on Ja Vitality the form with RF forms is displayed correctly.
It's not just about RS Form, it's a topic I'm currently working on and care about the most.

Regards
Sylwia

You can share me the login info of the site using Vitality template, I will show you the details.
