Header h2->h1 in articles title, of J4 (known method from J3-not work)

I planning migrate to J4. I created new website with copied elementary tables from old database.
On test subdomain, I recreated Joomla 3 and migrated Joomla 3 to J4.
How in Joomla 4, I can replace in articles title - H2 to H1?
In J3:
"I copied-> /components/com_content/views/article/tmpl/default.php to /templates/t4_blank/html/ com_content/article/default.php

I replaced h2 to h1
In joomla4, this method, not work

[T4_blank] com_content/article/default.php not exists.
When I added this catalog and file default, I got error
500 behavior:: caption, not found
about: /libraries/src/html/htmlhelper.php

In Joomla 4, you should use T4 Blank Template Bs5 template, you can download latest version of this template and T4 System plugin here: https://www.joomlart.com/member/downloads/joomlart/t4/t4-framework

and to override the layout file of article content, you should copy from T4 plugin:

root/plugins/system/t4/themes/base/html/com_content/article/
