ja-sport error on new menu item

Hi I installed ja-sport but if I create any new item in the menu it gives me the following error
This page is in Quirks mode. This may affect the layout of the page. For standard mode use “<!DOCTYPE html>”.

I enabled the errors and I saw that the problem is this :
