Can you guess when the update will come? various websites have to be updated to joomla 4... that's not a 5-minute task for us!
we urgently need a timing when we can expect this in order to be able to plan with our customers.
I think it's the same for many other builder users!

We totally understand your situation but we have limited human resources who are working full time in maintaining large collection of products while still need to release monthly templates so it would take more time than expected.

The month of October has now passed... When will the update be available?!
We'll soon no longer know what to tell our customers when the update is finally available! Especially since Joomla 3 support has already ended and the need for an update is extremely important! What is wrong? Why is the development progressing so difficult?

We're sorry for this lateness, we have large collection of products need to update to Joomla 4, however, Joomla 5 has been released so quickly so we must focus on Joomla 5 upgrade for our enterprise products in priority.

The extended security support is 90 euros per website! You guys are going to cost me 720 euro while I wait for this update to be released for my clients' websites!

Now that JA Page Builder has been released for J4/J5 what is the best way to migrate / upgrade existing client sites that are still operating on Joomla 3.10.12 while we were waiting for the upgrade. They were build using the old version of JA Page Builder on J3 and so could not be migrated up to Joomla 4 (now 5). We have a number of client sites in this situation and need to do so asap.

In a number of situations we have already had to switch and rebuild other client sites using T4 Page builder as the clients could not wait and this has involved a lot of time and expense which we would like to avoid this time while sorting out the rest.

If you have a test site, pls make a test there first. And follow these steps:

1/ Backup: make sure you take a full backup before upgrade.
2/ Download the latest JA Page Builder version: https://www.joomlart.com/member/downloads/joomlart/ja-joomla-page-builder/ja-page-builder
3/ Install the new version on your Joomla site

You can test the new version with your Joomla 3 site first and see how it goes, if everything is ok, you can migrate Joomla on your site to J4/J5.

Hi!

Now that JA Page Builder is J4/J5 ready (?) I have already started to upgrade some sites. The process is not too complex. It seems that the new JA Page Builder works as it is meant to.

I've only encountered one issue, whenever there are submenus they won't display. Menus work ok, but you can't see submenus. I've inspected the code and it seems to be ok. It just won't display the submenus.

Does any one have the same issue?
