I have added my PNG Favicon via Site Settings > Other Settings but it's not showing up on the site.
I also replaced the favicon.ico with the .ico version of my favicon under /templates/ja_coach/ and it's still not showing up.
I've tested Incognito in Chrome, as well as other browsers, same issue.
Am I missing a setting somewhere?

I tried to access the site, but when I access the template setting, it is not showing the setting, it shows the template info.
And in the front end, it is not loading the template. I also see, this is a preview site of the hosting, I am not so sure what it means.
Can you please double-check?
