Hi jokello68,
You can edit the line of code in this file:

[your_site_root]/plugins/system/t4/themes/base/html/layouts/t4/index.php

it's best to override this file so it'll be not be affected when you update the new version of T4, you can edit the file and copy it to this folder in the template:

[your_site_root]/templates/ja_spa/html/layouts/t4/

Also, I tried to go to that file, there is no t4. it is t3. site was upgraded from Joomla 3 to 4

I have a site that was upgraded from joomla 3. There is no such path. Unless you mean just add the code above under custom codes?

You can open the \templates\uber\tpls\blocks\head.php file. Find line 19.
