    Our QA team just double checked the issue. We can install the template quickstart, no such issue detected.
    Can you please provide your system information such as MYQSL version, PHP version ... to see if there is any special settings?
    If you can share the server access in secured fields, we can help test the issue on your server.

      Thanks for the info but the ftp account doesn't work, could you tell us the exact PHP version you're using?

      Pls note that our templates is ready for PHP 8.1 for now, we're updating to PHP 8.2 and it will be ready soon.

      If you're using PHP 8.2, pls switch to PHP 8.1
