the site's appearance
ru.geschichte-chronologie.de
deteriorated after updating of Purity III from 2.0.2 to 2.0.3.

After updating of the template, there were problems at the top of the site.
The top menu is hidden behind the logo.

How the site should look like can be viewed on a site similar in structure, de.geschichte-chronologie.de (the template 2.0.2 on this site was not change).

login and password for access are provided to the debugging site, similar as ru.geschichte-chronologie.de and de.geschichte-chronologie.de

Unfortunately, I couldn't figure out how to fix the problem with custom.css

The same problems appeared when accessing the site via a smartphone.

I have removed the "navbar-fixed-top" class in the <header> element. It's working fine now.

You can also try to add the css rules below to the custom.css file to fix this issue.:

#t3-mainnav {
  position: relative !important;
}

Unfortunately, I have to add that on a smartphone, after making changes to custom.css, the top of the main page looks wrong. The indication to the top menu has disappeared: you can compare the view on a smartphone on ru sites.geschichte-chronologie.de (modified custom.css) and jo.geschichte-chronologie.de .

By default, Purity III template comes with logo + main menu on top of website. It looks like you already customize your site to show the logo on top and remove the main menu.

You should check and compare your customization on your old site: https://de.geschichte-chronologie.de/ and apply to the updated site: https://jo.geschichte-chronologie.de/

I made with the help of Akeeba a test copy of the site jo.geschichte-chronologie.de from the de website.geschichte-chronologie.de.
Now both of these sites are running on the Purity 2.0.2 version and there are no problems in the rendering of these sites on desktop or smartphone.
But the problem is for the ru.geschichte-chronologie website.de with 2.0.3 for smartphone remains.
How important and/or critical are the changes in version 2.0.3?
Maybe there is a way to return version 2.0.2 to this site after updating to 2.0.3?

Yes, here is a summary of the problem.

Below I presented two screenshots from a smartphone (Samsung Galaxy S10, Android 12) of sites of the same type in structure.

In the screenshot of the de site.geschichte-chronologie.de the upper "menu" is circled with a red circle.
This site has the version of Purity III 2.0.2 installed.

In the screenshot of the site ru.geschichte-chronologie.de a red checkmark indicates that the upper "menu" is not shown.
Purity III version 2.0.3 is installed on this site.

In the first post, I gave you access to the test site jo.geschichte-chronologie.de, on which a copy of the German website with version 2.0.2 is installed.
You can install version 2.0.3 there and see what is wrong on the smartphone.

You need to remove the in the navbar-fixed-top class in the ‎/templates/purity_iii/tpls/blocks/header.php file and find line 24.
<header id="t3-mainnav" class="wrap navbar navbar-default navbar-fixed-top t3-mainnav">

Or you can use the following CSS code:

@media screen and (max-width: 640px) {
     .maximenuckh label.maximenumobiletogglericonck {
           height: 44px !important;
           z-index: 9999;
