Hiden on moblies

Hello! I have a little problem with module view on mobile devices - module id 172. It is hidden on mobile but in the template layouts it is settled "no hide". Please send me some assist for this 🙂

and the second think is shop page view: in the first place I can see on this page FEATURED PRODUCTS
and below the list of products. Can we change the order? Firts products of the category and the FEATURED PRODUCTS below?

And with this class, it will be hidden on mobile, not sure which view ports you want to show this position?

I have never put those classes there 🙂 I like then to show one under other like in this setup view:
