First articles on home page don't show in category blogs

I can't check your site as whenever I try to access your site, it throws 503 error:

Dear all
I must admit it's really hard to work with you.
Can somebody please see the situation regarding publishing last articles in category blogs? The problem is with articles which are published in the positions:
-module JA Content Listening "Osrednji izpostavljeni" on the position "body-top-1"
-module JA Content Listening "Novosti" on the position "body-top-3"
Last articles for certain category doesn't show in correspondent category blog.

Currently, both the module content listing and the Menu item display the same latest article (take a note in Articles Sorted By option in module Content Listing).
Please review it again. The issue may have been resolved.

and on this category page: /index.php/tehnologije it's showing this article on top:

It is possible from Template manager to have 100% page width in the header, like the rest of the page?

jakazorz It looks like you enable the authentication so I can't access backend of your site now.

You can access Layout settings in template >> look for the header section and try to change the container there.
