When I add the code inside an article, an error appears when showing the standard PayPal button.

To prove that the code by itself works well, I have created a php outside of joomla and I have verified that it works perfectly there.

You can enter the link (1) and experience the error.
It just leaves a blank screen. I tried it from three different browsers.
On the other hand, if you enter the link (2) you will see that it works perfectly.

Where did you setup the link 2?
As with the link (1), I tried to assign that menu item to Cassiopeia template - a standard template of Joomla but the same issue happens there, the blocked popup still displays:
So I don't think it's issue from template, kindly check the code for this Paypal button again and make sure that it works with default Joomla first.
