Hi,
it is activated. Unfortunately I have more errors reported to me for users trying to create courses on front end so I will summarise including those above to make it easier:
1.
User cannot attach the exercise files to the course as it throws the error I posted above. Super Users can add excercise files via administrator but not front end. If I do add in backend, it deletes any exercise files if I re-save the course via the front end. Also when trying to save it always clears the Price page tickbox for Student so has to be re-entered. The screen where we go to select the exercise files (see image abvove) is confusing and messed up. It needs to be in a list format but is jumbled up.
- When trying save a course it was throwing 4 errors relating the guru_program table for the fields:
start_release
id_final_exam
certificate_course_msg
group_access
The error message said the field doesn't have a default value so I changed the values for all of them in the table to NULL I am hoping this doesn't cause more problems but was the only way i could save the course finally.
3.
In the course description users often have lengthy text already prepared elsewhere and expect to be able to paste it in rather than type it out. It does not allow pasting. The text pastes for a split second the dissappears.
4.
If the user clicks Save before entering the price info it deletes all the course information already put in, including images and files and the user has to start over. Can we remove the mandatory requirement on the field or at least have it given default values for now just so the main parts of the course can be created?
- Cannot upload cover/avatar in backend as comes up with this error: Cover is too large, maximum file size is 0.1 kB I can upload via frontend though
6.
Cannot play audio MP3 as when I enable AllVideos version 6.10 Joomla4 it breaks the video layout in that the lessons don't display. When I try to play the audio with it enabled it throws an error:
0
Too few arguments to function plgPayplansZoo::onContentPrepare(), 3 passed in /home/mysite/public_html/libraries/src/Plugin/CMSPlugin.php on line 279 and exactly 4 expected
I really hope we can get these issues sorted as its really delaying our project.
Kind regards
