You meant that you want 'podcast-2' as default layout for all articles? you can set it in Articles Options:

    has presentation podcast-2

    I want to know if it is possible to change only the header (Postacats-2) of this article to presentation : global use

    this article has layout ---> Use global
    I would like the end of the article to look like a layout--> postcat-2
    that is: header layout --- Use global
    and rest of article layout ---> postcat-2
