JA Extension Manager 2.7.1: Cannot update itself to 2.7.5

Hi,
running Joomla 3.10.12 and preparing our Migration to Joomla 4.
We use JA Extension Manager.
It cannot update himself to actual version 2.7.5 !
The message is: "You have successfully upgraded from version 2.7.1 to version 2.7.5 at 07 Aug 2023, 17:18:14"
But still in the list the old version is shown: 2.7.1
And also: Joomla Extension Manager - Update shows:
JA extension Manager Component : installed: 2.7.1 , available: 2.7.5
Same thing with:
JA Masthead Module: installed: 1.1.1 , available: 1.1.5
JA Extension Manager installed the other JA Extensions, and JA Spa Template without problems!

and simply install into your site.

Can I install JA Ext Mgr 2.7.5 by using standard Joomla "Extensions - Install"?
And JA Masthead 1.1.5 also?

Remember to backup your site first.
