Hi Aamer,

You can assign this contact page to Cassiopeia template and test to send a request again via this contact form and see how it goes.

If it works, then there is issue with the layout of this contact page in template, then you can share the URL of this page and super admin account so I can check.

I'm checking the contact form issue.

For the search feature, Joomla 4 removed the Search component so you should disable module + menu item of Search component and replace them with module + menu item of Smart Search component instead.

In Backend >> Menus >> Bottom Menu >> you can edit this menu item اتصل بنا and assign it to Cassiopeia template

Then go frontend of this page: /ar/index.php/contact-us1

try to send the contact form again and see how it goes.

It means that the problem doesn't come from the template so I checked further and it looks like you already customize the Mail Templates for the contact form in: Backend >> System >> Mail Templates >> Contacts: Contact Form Mail

I just added the body tag there, you can test again.
