Upgrading Focus to 4.0

I am wanting to update my Joomla Focus 1.0.4 and my site to Joomla 4.

I have a few questions:

Where is the Focus template so I can upgrade so it is compatible to Joomla 4.0? I did download Joomla Focus 2.0.2 and was wondering if that is for Joomla 3 and Joomla 4?
I am assuming I would upgrade the Focus and THEN upgrade to Joomla 4.

Any helps with these steps would be great.

The latest version of JA Focus is compatible with both Joomla 3 and Joomla 4 so you can update latest version for this template and its complimentary extensions first, then update Joomla.

Pls make sure that all other 3rd party extension on your site are ready for Joomla 4 as well.

Remember to backup your site first before updating anything.

I had to uninstall a few plugins on my test site to get it to work, but having some errors.

This is my test site: http://finishingandcoating.com/08121/index.php

For example, when I go to the Video page (http://finishingandcoating.com/08121/index.php/videos), I get this error: "WebAssetManager is locked, you came late"

Any clue on what that might be?
