I can't replicate the same issue from my local now so I will wait for the info from @orff and check it.

To begin, I've added code to enable a feature: a multilingual contact form. This will allow you to submit forms easily. To use this feature, switch BreezingForms to the T4 Page Builder form and replace some files I attached below then following the instructions.
To add a Contact Form, simply select "Contact Form". To include more fields, choose "Input Group".
Once you've changed the field labels to your language, remember to adjust the sample Email Template. To do this, click on "Contact Form" area and modify the configuration in the "Email Template" section.
In Email Template section:

• The field name is the same with the value in {}
• Note: In field email, you please change only field name into your language, not the value in {} (keep it always be {email})
• If you got any space between words or '-' in a field label, you please replace it with '_' and write the word in lowercase for the value in {}.

For examples:

• Telefonska številka -> Telefonska številka: {telefonskaštevilka}_
• Višina -> Višina: {višina}
• ...
