JA Property in J4 with T4

I need to make a website with Joomdonation OS-Property extension.
It will be built with Joomla 4 and T4 framework.
But from the description of the template is indicated that it runs in T3.

What can I or should I do to use T4?

JA Property template is built with T3 framework, it's not built with T4 framework. If you want to use T4 based templates, please check out our template collection here: https://www.joomlart.com/joomla/templates

In case that you want to use JA Property template, it still supports Joomla 4 🙂

And the migration from T3 to T4 is too complex for me to do?

You're right, T3 is completely different from T4. If you want to build JA Property in T4, it's the same like creating a new template for T4. It will really take time.

My suggestion is:
1/ You can look for another T4 based template in the page above
2/ If you like the design of JA Property template and want to build in T4 framework, you can consider to hire a developer to implement it for you. I can introduce for you but it would take time and effort.

specific for real estate I don't see any, I will still be forced to adapt another type, but for T4 there are few that could be adapted.

whitetiger You're right, there is no special real estate template for T4 now. It'll be big task if you want to have the same design in T4 based template.
