Where I am falling short is where can i find the parameter page for controlling the "Cover" page formatting?

The "Menu Item Type" for "Showcase" is already working great.

I just can't find anywhere that this "Cover" page exists? Can you point me in that direction for documentation or to edit?

    You can access Administrator panel of your site >> Menus >> All menu items and search for this cover page. I think you create this menu item somewhere there.

    Or share me the super admin account so I will take a look.

      I am trying to get this last little bit out the door so i can send out some job applications!

      I believe that the title of this menu Item is "Showcase"

      I would even be happy to just remove that Category Link at the top of the page if there's no way to make this work.

        I found that 'Cover' menu item under 'Article Layouts' menu on your site.

        You can check the settings of this category blog menu item or remove as you wish.

          I was able to clone my settings and made it work!
          Thank you for pointing out that area of the Templates. I had missed that in my searching.
