JA Brisk template is quite old now and it will be not updated to Joomla 4 and work with Joomla 3 only. There will be 2 options:
1/ If you still want to use JA Brisk in Joomla 4, I'm afraid that you have to update it by yourself if you're familiar with coding, owtherwise, you can consider to hire a developer to get it done for you
2/ Switch to another recent templates which is built with T4 framework, these templates are ready for Joomla 4 and will be long-term supported: https://www.joomlart.com/joomla/templates
