Articles - Related module does not appear on bottom

Hi, can you please check I have related module on position bottom1 and I inserted same tags to both article but Articles - Related module not appear on page?

Please check these two pages they are related and they have same tags:

But there is no related article module seems on bottom?

The Articles - Related displays other Articles that are related to the one being viewed. These relations are established by the Keywords.

However, when I checked these 2 articles in backend, no keyword set for both of them:

Could you check again?

Yea, I mixed with TAGS.
It works OKk now. Thank you.
