i have a problem about sending form in my contact page. i receive nothing in my mail box, also in my spam box....
I use php mail, smtp and `send mail . it's the same result do you know what's wrong ?
when I email outside Joomla website I receive the email.

You can access backend of your site >> Global Configuration >> Server tab >> Mail >> and click Send Test Mail and check your email box to see if you get a test email or not.

saguaros yes i receive the test email, but when I use the contact form, there is no email. Is 's the same thing in my spam box

momebe Something wrong with this contact form on your site as I tried to assign that contact menu item to Cassiopeia - a standard template of Joomla but the same issue happened.

Did this issue happen recently or after you installed any 3rd party extensions?

saguaros, previously it worked with the test site, we sent emails but not all the fields were sent.(I suppose it must be change in template email)
then i changed the directory to match the main domain name. my site was hosted in a subdirectory for testing.
so I don't think I installed another extension.

I tried to take a backup of your site and tested in my local with different mail mailer but only send test mail work. The contact form can't work with Cassiopeia.

Could you pls try to post the same question into Joomla forum for further help?

ok i installed convert form in the past and now when I want to uninstall I have a error msg.
do you think this extension can stop the sending

You can make a test by disabling this extension and see how it goes.
