Hello, whenever an error is happening in my website this is the message that i get on my index. How can i change this in order to display the actual error?
haonas Hi
Could you share the super admin account of your site and clarify the detailed steps so I can see this error?
I shared my admin credentials. Every time there is a server error this issue shows as an error on my website.
haonas Thanks for the info but how can I replicate this error?
saguaros As i mentioned this error appears whenever there is a server error. In my case it shows whenever the sql server is offline
haonas As i mentioned this error appears whenever there is a server error.
So you need to contact your hosting for help to solve this server error. I can only help if the error relates to our template 🙂
saguaros as you can see from the screenshot that i shared, this error show from the JA blockk error page.
Also you can also take a look here about the same error https://forum.joomla.org/viewtopic.php?t=992040
JError is removed in Joomla 4. Contact the developer extension (or template) or replace by JError::raiseNotice( 100, 'Notice' ); for a Notice, JError::raiseWarning( 100, 'Warning' ), etc;
This thread is about another template developed by Joomlart so i insist that the error is related to your template.
Regards
haonas But how can I replicate this error on your site? I need to have a closer look at the error so I can check.
I don't think you can reproduce it. It appears whenever my sql tmp folder is full
haonas You can get back here when the issue happens so I can check 🙂
Ok thank you.
