Why pay twice??

I already (May 3rd) paid $89 (no discount), for your JA University. Now I would like to try your JA Content Slider Module (although I am not sure it will fit my needs. I wish it to work like the BT Content Slider). I cannot download it as it is asking for more money! Please help me understand why I need to pay another $89 or more to use this second program of yours. Thank you in advance.

As we already clarified in your ticket #QXO-764152 , paid users do not need to pay extra for support. Currently your JA Pro membership is still active so you should be able to request support for JA templates issues no problem.

You can simply submit a new topic about your issue with JA University to this forum at https://www.joomlart.com/forums/t/ja-university , then our team will be able to assist you further.

You can download the complimentary extensions at the template page. Please go to JA University download page and you will see JA Content Slider Module available there.

Another page that you can check is JA Decor download page, which has JA Content Slider Module v2.7.7.

In case you want to update your extensions easily from admin back-end, you can follow this guide to install and configure JA Extension Manager.
