EMERGENCY
Serious problem created by tech agent installing JA ACM module over my working module.

by updating or what ever you did by installing the JA ACM module you have broken most of my "Modules" and when i turn off/on Modules my entire website breaks.

For example:"Our Clients"

  1. no longer has the Module parameters first page
    https://azimuthdesigns.com/administrator/index.php?option=com_modules&view=module&layout=edit&id=119&client_id=0
  1. if i Publish it...it breaks my whole website now.

I've still not found a solution.
I cannot make new or edit old modules and publish them because it breaks my whole site.

    AzimuthDesigns Hi

Not sure how you update / install this module on your site but as I can see that all types in JA ACM module lacks of config.xml file:

    /templates/ja_aiga/acm/clients/config.xml

I updated this file for you and it's ok now.

    Kindly check.

    Thanks a million!!!
From what I was told was that one of your tech fellows had uploaded a new version of the JA ACM Module while he was trying to make some alterations I asked for.

I normally use the easiest way possible to do my updates.
Through the automatic system updates when I see something is out of date.
I can see that some of the modules are starting to work again!
Unfortunately, they don't have much in the way of a parameter page yet.
I'm trying to figure out a way that I can refresh the interface with the database, is that possible?
Otherwise all the information I've added to the modules is gone.

    Thanks!
Is it possible to that the data is still in the database for these two modules?
They had also been modified to include the ability to open up in a new window.

    Some Of Our Clients...
    ID 158

    Our Clients
    ID 119

      AzimuthDesigns Hi

If you want to open link in a new window, it will require to edit the layout file, not relate to the database.

At this moment, pls try to add the info for these modules again.

      Regards

What i'm hoping to do is recover the data from those links first.
Is it possible that they exist in a database somewhere, just to reduce the amount of time it will take me to find and create them again.

        Done!
What was the issue and is it possible to avoid this happening again?
Thanks for uploading that XML file!
How is it possible it went missing?

AzimuthDesigns I mentioned above, I don't know how you updated / installed module but it lacked of config.xml file so I updated this file for you and everything works normally.

Next time, when you update, pls use JA Extensions manager component to update 🙂

          Thank you!
As I also mentioned, it was one of your staff that did the update.
I will most definitely continue to use the Component Manager!

I am still struggling with a couple other outstanding tickets.

          1. working 404 Error page
          2. Left Social Media Footer center issue
          3. Full Captcha on Contact page...or when i put other forms all over my website.

Let me know if i should start new tickets for those or post on the original tickets to boost them up.

Thanks again for figuring out that XML issue!!
