We have checked and see the MySQLi extension is not available error.
Firstly, go to the cPanel, the web page provided by your host, and locate the Software section and PHP. Enable the MySQLi extension in the list of available PHP extensions for PHP 8.

I contacted the web host to enable MySQLi. It's now working and fixed.
