Our template should be ready for PHP 8.1, pls make sure that you're using latest version of JA Coach + T4 system plugin and other 3rd party extensions on your site are also ready for PHP 8.1

If the issue still persists, you can share the credentials of your site so I can check directly for you: URL + super admin account + FTP account.
