Greetings,
Selected admin and teachers are not getting e-mails when new students first log in and when students pass the final exam.
I get them but I'm SU for the site. The admin (my client) is not getting them.
The LOG lists that e-mails were sent however.
We need emails to go to 3 different people. Is there a problem that's preventing this?

    Guru is using joomla sending email system.
    Please make sure that your email config is working by trying to send test email on global config.
    If testing email works normaly, please ask your hosting provider why why emails are not being delivered.

      The e-mail system IS working. I get notices of new students and those who passed the final exam. However, the teachers are not getting the e-mails.
      I checked their status and all CAN receive system e-mails.
      Why is only ONE person (me) getting the e-mails?

          I have "new students enrolled" and "student completed course" checked.
          E-mails are supposed to go to teachers and administrators that I have checked.
          But I'm the only one getting the emails.
          Admin and teachers CAN receive emails, but they don't get the ones from GURU.
          Is there a limit to how many can get emails?

          For security reasons I cannot let you into the system.

              I've checked, email to admin and teacher do work when student pass a final example.
              Please try to replicate this issue on your site.

                It's easy to replicate. Test-Students passed the final exam and only I got e-mail notification.
                2 other people did not get them.

                  On my end, both the administrator and teacher receive emails when a student completes a course.
                  Please ensure that your "Course Complete when" setting is configured like this.

                    I have this checked!
                    I, the super-user, get e-mail but my client does not.
                    None of the people I checked that should get e-mails are getting them, only me.
                    That means that it's not the fault of Joomla mailing setup.

                    I had to create a module to list users who have completed the course in the past month so my client can see them in the backend.

                      Hello,

                      The issue you're experiencing seems a bit unusual. Could you change the mail settings to use Google SMTP, next attempting to replicate the issue, then tell us the result?
