Gavick Box Template Error Messages

I am getting errors that seem to indicate that there is a problem with the Gavick Box template. I'm attaching the error messages I see when I am attempting to view the individual articles in the one category in which I have articles. I will also add the error messages i see on the admin side of the website when I'm on the box template page.

Turns out that the error on the admin side disappears when I make gk_box - Default the template for the site instead of using gk_box - default 2

However, I continue to get a O error on article views.

I'm attaching the error messages from the admin side when the copied box template style is enabled, and adding the O error when the original version of the box template is enabled.

To be clear, no frontend error happens when I enable the Cassiopeia template.

You can share the super admin + ftp account of your site so I can take a look.

Added the superuser name and password. The joomla 4 site doesn't have a standard ftp username and password set up. Do you need this to help me?

I don't know why it would not work. It worked for me from another computer and browser.

I tested the information that I entered here by copying and pasting it into a different browser on this computer and it logged me in without issues.

Also had it tested by three other people at different locations and it worked for them.

What are the working hours of support? I would like to have a functioning template for this site and I am not clear when I should expect replies.

I need to update 6 other websites to Joomla 4 & would like to be confident that I understand what times I need to be available to work with your support hours.

Several fresh errors were produced. I sent them in a reply email but can’t get them to attach here.

Every page I looked at from the front end of the site had errors.
