T4 markup error in html

antarey I can restore the backup and find out that the problem comes from module type of statesites which is being used in the <div id="nsr-header-left"...> tag

I think there is something wrong with the HTML mockup of the layout of this module which breaks the layout in the header section.

I just made a test by assigning a simply custom HTML module to load in this position and it displays normally:
