Another issue, that seems to be related to the same folders as thoose you are updating, is when using the search field in right upper corner. It gives a error message:
Class "JEventDispatcher" not found
JEvent is a plugin that used to be installed, but was uninstalled before migrating to J4.
This is an advice on forum.jooml.org on that case (using template g5_helium):

Did you check the overrides in the folder templates/g5_helium/html, as suggested earlier by @SharkyKZ? The subfolder com_content would contain overrides to do with category list. The other possibility is content and finder plugins, dealing with articles.
The Joomla 4.3.2 core does not contain any calls to the class JEventDispatcher. It is part of a third party extension."
