Best way for topbar on Uber 3.0 template

Hi,
I am using the Uber 3.0 template and looking for the easiest way to add a topbar above the main menu to add some text and link it to a page. Do I have to create a layout position for this? Or is there a site module I am not finding.

I am using:
Uber Template - version 3
Joomla 4
T3 Framework
All latest template and module updates
Using the Business-Home version of the template.

Hi Michael,

Here are some steps you can follow to add a new block to the layout: https://www.t3-framework.org/documentation/bs3-layout-system#define-block

1/ Define a new block in: /templates/uber/tpls/blocks/
2/ Load the module positions in this block as you wish, you can check other blocks to see how this template loads positions.
3/ Open the layout you're using: /templates/uber/tpls/ >> edit associated layout file to load the new block you created in step 1
4/ Customize style for the new block.
