Problems with module positions

What is seen in Layouts Settings does not appear within the drop-down options of the module positions (example: Header, footsub, footsocial, copyright, etc.)
I don't know how to enable them.

If a position is not in the drop-down list of module positions, you can declare it in the XML file of template: /templates/ja_athena/templateDetails.xml

<position>footer-logo</position>
<position>footsub</position>
<position>footsocial</position>
