Some links in this section will require menu item types specific to work, it looks like you've not created these menu item types for your site yet.

You can go to backend >> Menus >> open a menu (or create a new one) >> add new menu item types for Users

It will redirect to correct page when you click the links there.

I think you can use custom field for Users in Joomla: Backend >> Users >> Fields >> Create a new field for this number, it will show in registration form.

ludo974 You will have to customize style and layout for fields. Or you can consider to use a 3rd party extension which supports user profile management, it will be much easier.
