Complete contact form and translate it

Hi team! I need to translate the texts that appear in English on the left side (Hour, Main office, Contact information) of the Contact form.
I also need to complete the business hours in that same place, but I can't find where, can you help me with these two things?

it's defined in language file of template: /language/en-GB/en-GB.tpl_ja_athena.ini

TPL_LABEL_ADDRESS ="Main office"
TPL_LABEL_HOURS ="Hours"
TPL_LABEL_CONTACT ="Contact information"

You can override these language constants.
