Template Front-end editor

Hi,

I have checked the following documentation and there does not seem to be any additional mention of Template Front-end editor.

I would like to know more about the difference between Clean Layout and Full Position Layout in T4 edit layout.

As its name, with the clean layout, it will load the main edit content only, while with Full Position layout, it will load all other available positions of that page - this is default edit layout page as Joomla default.

With edit layout, you can find the associated file in: ROOT/plugins/system/t4/themes/base/html/layouts/t4/edit.php

Hi,

I wanted to know the concept behind these two layouts. For example, is it a conflict countermeasure caused by installed extensions?
I thought it would be beneficial to understand in what cases it would be useful.

4creator The initial idea of this clean layout is that we want to other parts of page and keep focusing on the editing content only so we offer this clean layout.
