T4 PageBuilder, error "Got a packet bigger than 'max_allowed_..."

Hi,
I´m new to joomla, so I work locally using xamp. The installation of the "T4 Page-Builder" failed with "Got a packet bigger than 'max_allowed_packet' bytes". xampp and other joomla sites in this xampp are working.
My steps

extract "t4-page-builder-for-joomla-4" in htdocs
Start running the installation
After the default configuration (user, db, ...) I startet the installation and the error ".. Got a bigger package..." occoured.
Any hints/solutions for me?
