JA Vital Background image on entire inner container

Good morning.
Per the screenshot. I am trying to have the page background to render consistantly in all inner positions. As it is now the only way I could get this to (almost) work was to have the normal page background and add the same image in the header section, the problem is the image does not line up precisely and there is a slight difference between the sections. The outer container needs to remain #333 and all the inner sections over-layed on the same background image.
I hope that makes sense and you can point me in the right direction to fix this?

You can use the following CSS code to fix the background.

    background-size: cover;
}
